African-American Cultural Festival:
The annual Baltimore County African-American Cultural Festival will be held in and around the Towson Courts Plaza in September of every year. President of the Baltimore County African-American Cultural Festival Association, Inc. will be on hand to talk about the food, music and activities in store for festival goers. Baltimore County residents will discover African American history and enjoy great food, crafts and nationally-known entertainment at the Sixth Annual African American Cultural Festival in the Courthouse Plaza in Towson.

Annual Towson Gardens Day:
Annual Towson Gardens Day! A festival organized in April of every year featuring numerous vendors selling annuals, perennials, herbs and crafts. This celebration has been going on for the past 18 years. Avery Harden and Wolfgang Oehme, the creators of our present day garden, will host a garden tour and will be happy to share their years of expertise and experience with you. Also, a vendor specializing in hard to find "Courthouse Perennials" will be on site.

Annual book festival:
Tracy Baskerville of the Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts will offer a preview of the annual book festival in Mt. Vernon in downtown Baltimore. The festival is scheduled around October of every year and attracts book lovers from all over the country
